About the project
At BEAM consulting, we have provided operational support and project management competencies for the training Rukun bag for pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims in the starting and planning stage according to the PMI methodology, and this bag was established at um Al-Qura University to confirm its long-standing position in the field of Hajj and Umrah and serving the pilgrims, by virtue of its strategic and distinguished presence in the city of Makkah, to blend its experience and scientific position with the unique experience in providing operational support, providing competencies and project management in BEAM consulting, which resulted in the success of this bag locally and internationally.
The main objectives of the project
Manage communication with stakeholders and submit periodic reports on project status.
Providing the necessary competencies in the initiation and planning phase of the project according to the PMI methodology.
Managing the various teams in the project, both administrative and scientific.
Project management in the specified stages and preparing the project for launch in the advanced stages

Appointing a number of competencies in 6 different areas to manage the multiple aspects of the project, such as: the scientific, marketing, financial, communication management, and others.
Manage more than 5 internal teams listed under the project by designated competencies.
Manage 2 different service providers in the project, and ensure that they are delivered to the business.
Manage communication with 1 international entity as project stakeholder.
