About the project
Arabic The project is a non-profit community initiative, established by um Al-Qura University, with the aim of being an umbrella for all initiatives related to the Arabic language with an easy and simplified presence on social media to attract those interested in the field of Arabic language in general and those wishing to learn the Arabic language from non-native speakers in particular.
The main objectives of the project
Providing the necessary competencies in the initiation and planning phase of the project according to the PMI methodology.
Managing the various teams in the project, both administrative and scientific.
Manage communication with stakeholders and submit periodic reports on project status.
Project management in the specified stages and preparing the project for launch in the advanced stages

Managing 5 different committees within the project by designated competencies.
Conducted approximately 10 virtual seminars.
Manage communication with more than 4 external parties as project stakeholders.
Achieving the objectives of the first year of the initiative by more than 95%.
