About the project
We at BEAM consulting have provided operational support and project management competencies, for the Abjad bag and scale project to teach Arabic language to non-native speakers of health practitioners in the start-up and planning stage according to the PMI methodology, this project is a training bag to teach Arabic language to non-native health practitioners to teach them the basics of the language they need in their daily work in hospitals and health centers in the Arab world, as well as the project contains a standard and standardized test that proves the mastery of health practitioners Arabic competencies.
The main objectives of the project
Managing the various teams in the project, both administrative and scientific.
Manage communication with stakeholders and submit periodic reports on project status.
Managing the project in the specified stages and preparing the project to launch in the advanced stages.
Providing the necessary competencies in the initiation and planning phase of the project according to the PMI methodology.
The project Outputs
Appointing a number of competencies in 6 different areas to manage the multiple aspects of the project, such as: the scientific, marketing, financial, communication management, and others.
Manage more than 5 internal teams listed under the project by designated competencies.
Managing 2 different service providers in the project and ensuring their delivery to the business.
Manage communication with 3 external parties as project stakeholders.
