
About the project
We at BEAM consulting have provided operational support and project management competencies for the Iqraa Language Scale project in the initiation and planning stage according to the PMI methodology, and the project is a standard test that seeks to measure the competencies of the Arabic language of non-native speakers, and this test is similar to the IELTS and TOEFL test in English, as it targets the application of the scale at the international level for students wishing to study areas that require Arabic language or students wishing to study in Arabic countries, as well as individuals wishing to at work and prove their proficiency in Arabic language.

The main objectives of the project
Manage communication with stakeholders, and submit periodic reports on project status.
Project management in the specified stages, and preparing the project for launch in the advanced stages
Providing the necessary competencies in the initiation and planning phase of the project according to the PMI methodology.
Managing the various teams in the project, both administrative and scientific.

The project Outputs
Appointing a number of competencies in 6 different areas to manage the multiple aspects of the project, such as: the scientific, marketing, financial, communication management, and others.
Manage more than 5 internal teams listed under the project by designated competencies.
Manage 2 different service providers in the project, and ensure that they are delivered to the business.
Manage communication with 1 international partner to provide testing center services.
