About the project
At BEAM consulting, we have built the executive plan for the development of the Corporate Project Management Office at the Social Development Bank, based on an analysis of the current situation of the office, and knowledge of the bank's strategy and ambitions regarding the office, and the plan included all the executive aspects that will be applied to complete the development process.
