
About the project
At BEAM consulting, we have provided operational support to the Institutional Performance Department at the Social Development Bank, by providing qualified human resources competencies to carry out the work and implementation of the department's tasks, which are to measure the performance of the various sectors and departments of the bank, collect their data periodically, then analyze performance data and build periodic reports based on it, in addition to modifying any defect in performance and promoting positive practices in the organization
