
About the project
During the Social Development Bank Entrepreneurship Forum (DeveGo), we monitored social media, such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and influencer pages, with the aim of understanding how the target audience interacts with the forum, identifying trends, and categorizing the tone and feelings of the target audience.

The main objectives of the project
Track the performance of the forum and measure its effectiveness on social media platforms. Follow up the volume of interaction on the bank's publications and monitor the feelings of the target audience. Analyze the target audience and understand their demographic and behavioral characteristics to develop existing marketing activities and develop future strategies.

The project Outputs
Monitor more than 5 million views on social media. More than 160 million social media impressions were monitored. Comprehensive monitoring before, during and after the forum for Instagram, X platform, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
