About the project
All government and private entities work to know their mental image among their customers, and in this regard, we worked with the Social Development Bank to measure their mental image and the impressions that customers have. This enabled us to see how effective the Bank's activities and practices are to improve its mental image.

The main objectives of the project
Analyze and track the current mental image of the bank (measuring before and after the forum). Determine the impact of the forum on improving the mental image of the bank. Evaluate the elements and activities that need to be focused on and improved in the future. Improve marketing strategies.
