
About the project
BEAM Consulting and Research provided special monitoring and analysis to the Social Development Bank on the 'Empretec Forum' campaign. She focused on monitoring the content circulating in the campaign from social media platforms such as Platform X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

The main objectives of the project
Analyze the reach and engagement of content posted about the campaign on social media platforms. Understand how the campaign affects the target audience and measure the change in awareness and interest in the topics raised. Monitor and analyze positive and negative reactions about the campaign on social media platforms. Based on the results of the analysis, make recommendations to the Social Development Bank to improve future campaigns and increase their effectiveness.

Monitoring channels: 'X', 'Instagram' and 'YouTube'. Total number of tweets on the X platform: 167. Total number of posts on LinkedIn: 56. Total number of posts on Instagram: 9. Monitoring period: 12 October - 28 October.
