About the project
All government and private agencies work to know their mental image among their customers, and in this regard, we worked with the Social Development Bank to measure their mental image and the impressions that customers have. This enables us to know the effectiveness of the Bank's activities and practices to improve its mental image.

The main objectives of the project
Analyze and track the current mental image and developments that may occur after the events. Identify weaknesses and strengths. Building an integrated strategy to improve and enhance the mental image. Improve marketing strategies. Improving and developing the mental image of the institution in the mind of the target audience.
