About the project
We implemented a project to create an operational plan for an integrated business incubator that aims to support entrepreneurs and startups in the agricultural field in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a sustainability center that aims to benefit from the center's research and experts. The process was carried out through a comprehensive study of the local business market needs and competition analysis, and designing an operational strategy that enhances the effectiveness of the incubator and successfully achieves its goals. A detailed business plan was defined, including the operating structure, management and services provided, as well as a sustainable financial plan. It also provided the necessary information for decision makers to guide policies and strategies that support the growth and prosperity of entrepreneurship in the Kingdom.
