About the project
We worked with Estidama to develop a partnership strategy to support partnership management, enhance the department's ability to establish and activate partnerships with leading local and international entities in the agricultural field and serve the center's strategy.
The main objectives of the project
- Identify strategic issues that the Center should support through strategy.
- Strengthening the role of the Partnerships Department in supporting the Center's work on high-priority agricultural issues in the Kingdom.

- Inventory of 235 strategic issues.
