
About the project
We worked with Estidama to study the current state of partnership management in general, and partnership and communication management in particular, in order to objectively identify the current state of management and uncover gaps and deficiencies in resources, services and efficiencies, leading to the identification and development of areas that need to be worked on.

The main objectives of the project
- Analyze the internal and external environment for managing partnerships and communication.
- Identify gaps and weaknesses that management must fill.
- Collect the data needed to develop a partnership management strategy.
- Prioritize partnership management in future partnerships.

- Develop a realistic and complete perception and understanding of management, and the challenges and opportunities facing management.
- Enable management to plan and adapt effectively for future partnerships.
