
About the project
In order to improve the management of partnerships and real-time monitoring of business progress, we have developed an automated dashboard, which enabled our clients at the Social Development Bank to obtain a comprehensive view of the status of all partnerships in an organized and easy-to-understand manner, enabling them to make sound decisions about partnerships based on data that is updated in an ongoing manner.

The project Outputs
- Dashboard 1: Displays a comprehensive picture of partnerships, their status, stages, completed tasks, and implementation phase by multiple filters.
- A list of all partners, stages, and partnership status.
- Administrator Panel: A list of all responsible members, and a summary of the tasks for each employee.
- Partners Panel: A list of basic information about the partner, partnership status, task status, and completion rate.
- Taskboard: Review tasks related to partnerships from planning to contracting with the partner.
