About the project
BEAM Consulting and Research worked with the Partnerships Department to design a working mechanism for the proposed partnership, which ensures a common understanding of the stages of the partnership, and thus ensures the efficiency of the operational processes of the partnerships and the achievement of the desired objectives of the partnership.
The main objectives of the project
- Clarify the stages that partnerships go through.
- Identify the main activities and tasks assigned to each department of the department.
- Determine the responsibilities of each party to the contract in the implementation of the partnership.
- Determination of powers for each of the parties to the contract.
