About the project
The project analyzes and identifies problems related to the website and website development to provide a smooth and satisfactory user experience that attracts visitors, by reviewing the website in Arabic and English to ensure linguistic accuracy and effective communication with customers, and testing UI/UX for all pages of the site to identify problems in the user experience and provide a design commensurate with the bank's identity.
The main objectives of the project
- Developing and improving the Bank's website.
- Develop and improve the e-customer journey.
- Facilitate browsing the site and access to information.
The project Outputs
- Build a table with the content of the current site.
- Identify gaps and errors in the content and characteristics of website pages.
- Proofread and arrange content after collecting it and address spelling errors.
- Feed the site with content developed in Arabic and English.
- Review the content and perform UI/UX tests for all pages of the site and address errors periodically.
- Development of website interfaces and icons.
