About the project

At BEAM consulting, we have developed the marketing strategy for the Abjad bag and scale for teaching Arabic language to non-native health practitioners, which is a training bag to teach Arabic language to non-native health practitioners to teach them the basics of the language they need in their daily work in hospitals and health centers in the Arab world, as well as the project contains a standard and standardized test that proves the mastery of health practitioners of basic competencies in the Arabic language.

- The benchmarking included more than 4 references around the world in the same field.
- 4 marketing channels have been developed to spread brand awareness and enhance the presence of the bag.
- Counting the number of workers in 4 health fields in the Kingdom who do not speak the Arabic language and limiting the local market through them.
- Develop a database for nearly 500 health facilities in the Kingdom to benefit from the bag.
