
About the project
We at BEAM consulting have built the communication strategic plan of the National Center for Monitoring Environmental Compliance in the Hajj season in 1444 AH, as the center seeks through this project to raise awareness of its work and activities, and to involve pilgrims and stakeholders in the success of environmental efforts during the Hajj season, with the aim of enhancing understanding and commitment to protecting the environment during the Hajj period and enhancing compliance with specific environmental regulations.

The main objectives of the project
- Clarify the importance of protecting the environment during the Hajj season through a communication strategy.
- A statement of the specific environmental regulations that pilgrims and stakeholders must comply with.
- Determine the most appropriate communication channels according to the target group.
- Analyze, study and deeply understand the target group to determine the appropriate messages for them.

The project Outputs
- Identify 4 strategic communication pillars in the Hajj season and link them with the center's objectives.
- Setting 17 strategic communication objectives for the center within the project.
- 30 entities have been identified as stakeholders in the project within the Hajj and Umrah system.
- Develop 5 communication channels to provide 4 types of messages through 5 communication paths.
- Analyze the strategy, identify the pillars and build the strategic pyramid.
- Identify the main purposes of environmental communication activities in Hajj.
- Analyze the environmental challenges and needs of the target audience.
- Define the path, scope of alignment, and strategy building map.
- Define the main and sub-objectives of the strategy.
- Identify and characterize communication messages and their relevance to objectives.
- Identify engagements and partnerships within communication messages.
- Determine the appropriate communication channels according to the analysis of the target group.
