About the project
At BEAM Consulting we have identified the requirements for developing competencies in the Corporate Project Management Office at the Social Development Bank, in order to upgrade the competencies in the office and raise their existing skills and knowledge, in order to achieve the comprehensive development targeted by the Bank in the Corporate Project Management Office.
The main objectives of the project
- Develop competencies in the PMO.
- Identify the training needs of the office's employees.
- Training on the latest technologies and programs in project management.
- Providing the office's employees with advanced knowledge and skills in project management.
The project Outputs
- Build the content of an integrated Microsoft Project 2019 training course.
- Identify specialized training programs in project management.
- Identify training programs for the required general skills.
- Document methodology for the development of competencies in the Project Management Office.
