
About the project
At BEAM consulting, we measured the maturity of the Corporate Performance Management at the Social Development Bank, using the CMMI model that focuses on five diverse focus areas in order to improve the quality of services, reduce costs, and achieve strategic and operational goals.

The main objectives of the project
- Know the strengths and weaknesses of management.
- Raising the quality of performance and business in management.
- Know the points of improvement that must be achieved.
- Develop a plan for continuous development and improvement.

The project Outputs
- Benchmarking with reference authorities in the same field.
- Identify the domains to which the CMMI model will be applied.
- Linking the balanced scorecards with the CMMI model.
- Measure the maturity of the bank in each of the areas identified.
- Measuring the overall result of the bank's maturity, and proposals for raising it.
