About the project
At BEAM consulting, we collected data and monitored the periodic results of the Social Development Bank's scorecards, where it analyzes the current status of the performance results of the indicators of the bank and its sectors on a regular basis, then evaluates the performance of the indicators, and suggests points of improvement for the performance results.

- Risky Performance

- A periodic list of indicators that need to be followed up to achieve its target (Amber Zone).
- Periodic comparison of performance with previous years, analysis of positive and negative performance, and proposals.
- Update the results of indicators in the balanced scorecards periodically.
- Periodic update of results on the dashboard.
