
About the project
At BEAM consulting, we provided training on balanced scorecards to employees at the Social Development Bank, where 13 training courses were held to introduce the cards, explain how they work, and how to evaluate based on them, in addition to holding more than 40 individual meetings to clarify the details of each sector or department.

The main objectives of the project
- Definition of balanced scorecards.
- Explain how to measure performance using these cards.
- Disseminating knowledge in the bank's system about balanced scorecards.
- Introducing any updates or new developments on the cards.
