About the project

At BEAM consulting, we have developed the operational processes and governance of institutional performance management in the Social Development Bank and developed its policies and procedures, where all needs related to building management were identified, such as the framework, capacity building, reviewing the operational structure of the department and determining the tasks and outputs of each department, identifying and developing all the tools and materials necessary to raise the culture of institutional performance in the system and developing an appropriate plan to activate this.
