About the project
In this project, we analyzed the current situation of public health emergency centers concerned with emergency and crisis management in the Hajj and Umrah areas, from internal and external analysis of the centers, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats using SWOT analysis and assessing the capabilities of these centers, as well as collecting and analyzing internal data, and identifying areas of development for the office.
The main objectives of the project
- Assess the mortgage status of public health emergency centers.
- Know gaps through data collection and analysis.
- Identify areas and areas of development to improve the effectiveness of public health emergency centers in emergency and crisis management.
