About the project

The project works on designing and developing performance indicators that help measure and improve the customer experience in their journey from searching for a loan to successfully repaying the loan, in addition to developing key performance indicators for the electronic services provided through the website, in order to contribute to the follow-up and measurement of the customer experience based on indicators.
