About the project
The project aims to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of governance in the organization, by conducting a comprehensive assessment of the operational structures, current governance, and identifying areas for improvement, and accordingly developed the operational model that clearly defines processes, roles and responsibilities, as the model aims to not duplicate work, direct tasks and responsibilities, enhance operational performance, in addition to building performance indicators (KPIs) clear and compatible with the objectives of the Ministry to monitor and monitor performance and follow up on progress.
