
About the project
At BEAM consulting, we analyzed the current situation, benchmarking and gap analysis for institutional performance management in the Social Development Bank, through a comprehensive measurement of the discrepancy between the current work of the department in addition to the tasks assigned to it and comparing it with what is required of the management in accordance with best practices.

The main objectives of the project
- Identify internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and external threats.
- Benchmarking with reference authorities.
- Clarification of alignment with the National Development Fund.
- Analyze the gaps between the reality of management and the hoped.

The project Outputs
- Standard comparison with 6 international bodies in the same field of the bank.
- Identify 6 gaps in the Social Development Bank and how to deal with them.
- Identify 8 gaps in institutional performance management and proposals to address them.
- Identify 16 opportunities and how to exploit them by the bank.
