
About the project
We worked with the Environmental Compliance Center to analyze the current status of the Executive Management of Media and Corporate Communication, in order to form a comprehensive perception and deep understanding about the current state of the department, where we identify strengths, weaknesses, internal and external threats and opportunities that may affect the achievement of strategic objectives.

The main objectives of the project
- Analysis of the internal and external environment of the Executive Management of Media and Institutional Communication.
- Identify gaps and weaknesses that management must fill.
- Collect the data needed to develop an integrated communication strategy.
- Identify the highest priority strategic communication objectives of the department.
- Develop a realistic and complete perception and understanding of management, and the challenges and opportunities facing management.
- Enable management to plan and adapt effectively for future partnerships.
- Enhance transparency and credibility within the department.
