About the project
At BEAM consulting, we have developed the strategic plan for the Abjad bag and scale for teaching Arabic language to non-native health practitioners, which is a training bag for teaching Arabic language to non-native health practitioners to teach them the basics of the language they need in their daily work in hospitals and health centers in the Arab world, as well as the project contains a standard and standardized test that proves the mastery of health practitioners of basic competencies in the Arabic language.
The main objectives of the project
- Analysis of the strategic need of the portfolio, and its competitive advantage.
- Analyze the gaps in the products currently on the market, and clarify the position of the bag.
- Clarify the strategic link of the portfolio with the objectives of the vision and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
- Study all the strategic success factors of the bag internally and externally.
The project Outputs
- The benchmarking included more than 10 reference points in training for Hajj and Umrah.
- The comparison included 6 criteria for studying the current products in the market and knowing the gap in them.
- The best practice study included more than 3 leading countries in training for Hajj and Umrah.
- An evidence base was developed with the participation of more than 250 parties interested in training for pilgrims.
