
About the project
At BEAM consulting, we have developed the strategic plan for the Abjad bag and scale for teaching Arabic language to non-native health practitioners, which is a training bag for teaching Arabic language to non-native health practitioners to teach them the basics of the language they need in their daily work in hospitals and health centers in the Arab world, as well as the project contains a standard and standardized test that proves the mastery of health practitioners of basic competencies in the Arabic language.

The main objectives of the project
- Studying the local and international market for the bag and measuring the competitive forces in it.
- Determine the comparative and competitive advantage of the portfolio, and set the strategic direction based on it.
- Analysis of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, challenges, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
- Analyze the external factors affecting the bag, and study them thoroughly to ensure its success.

The project Outputs
- The benchmarking included more than 3 references around the world in the same field.
- The comparison included 17 criteria for studying the current products in the market and knowing the gap in them.
- Studies have shown that 12% of medical errors are caused by poor communication.
- A database of nearly 500 health facilities in the Kingdom has been developed to benefit from the bag.
- Studying the strategic link with more than 4 local legislators and health regulators.
