About the project

At BEAM consulting, we have developed the strategic plan for the Iqraa Language Scale, which is a standardized test developed by experts in the field of Arabic language from the National Center for Measurement, and the test seeks to measure the competencies of the Arabic language of non-native speakers, and it is a test similar to the IELTS and TOEFL tests in English, as it targets the application of the scale at the international level for students wishing to study areas that require Arabic language, or students wishing to study in Arabic countries, as well as individuals wishing to At work to prove their proficiency in the Arabic language.

The main objectives of the project

- Analysis of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, challenges, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
- Determine the comparative and competitive advantage of the scale, and set the strategic direction based on it.
- Analyze the external factors affecting the scale, and study them thoroughly to ensure their success.
- Studying the local and international market for the scale, and determining the degree of competitiveness in it.

The project Outputs

- The benchmarking included more than 7 reference points around the world in Arabic language tests.
- The comparison included 16 criteria for studying current tests in the market and knowing the gap in them.
- The study on global best practices included the 4 most common language tests.
- A database has been developed with the participation of more than 100 universities and institutes around the world to adopt the test.
- Identify the 360 most tested centers around the world.
