Building the strategic plan for um Al-Qura University's series of initiatives to teach Arabic language to non-native speakers

About the project

At BEAM consulting, we have developed the strategic plan for the um Al-Qura University series for teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers, which was established at um Al-Qura University to confirm its long-standing position in this field, as it has more than 40 years of scientific experience, to blend its experience with the consulting and strategic experience in BEAM consulting, which resulted in the success of this series not only at the local level, but also at the international level.

The main objectives of the project

- Identify the comparative and competitive advantage of the chain, and set the strategic direction based on it.
- Analysis of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, challenges, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
- Studying the local and international market of the chain, and measuring the competitive forces in it.
- Analyze the external factors affecting the chain, and study them thoroughly to ensure its success.

The project Outputs

- The benchmarking included more than 10 reference points around the world in Arabic education.
- The comparison included 17 criteria to study the current products in the market, and to know the gap in them.
- The study on global best practices included the 5 most widely spoken languages.
- A database has been developed that includes more than 200 entities around the world interested in the Arabic language.
- Number of books released in the series: 13 books.
