About the project

At BEAM consulting, we have implemented the methodology of monitoring and evaluating the balanced scorecards in the Social Development Bank, where the monitoring and evaluation methodology of the system and the required administrative levels (N-2) was implemented through the implementation of a follow-up and evaluation mechanism for the performance of the cards, and this included holding meetings, preparing the required periodic reports, as well as planning and appropriate development for these cards.

- Follow-up and evaluation report on performance indicators for the Bank's system and sectors for the year 2022.
- Institutional Performance Management Experience and Practice Report 2023.
- Needs analysis report according to CMMI model.
- Report of analysis and classification of objectives and indicators according to key results (OKRs) of the Bank's system and sectors.
- Report of MPs to present the balanced scorecards for the year 2023.
- Report of the Board of Directors to present the current status of corporate performance management.
- Report building the dashboard to manage the roadmap to develop the level of maturity of institutional performance according to the CMMI model.
