
About the project
At BEAM consulting, we have developed the strategic plan for the Abjad bag and scale for teaching Arabic language to non-native navigators, which is a training bag to teach Arabic language to non-native navigators to teach them the basics of the language they need in their daily work at airports and in the hospitality of aircraft in the Arab world, as well as the project contains a standard and standardized test that proves the navigators' mastery of basic competencies in the Arabic language.

The main objectives of the project
- Setting the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the portfolio.
- Determine the comparative and competitive advantage of the portfolio, and set the strategic direction based on it.
- Benchmarking with reference authorities in the same field and benefiting from their practices.
- Putting the main parameters of creating the bag and taking it out on the ground.

The project Outputs
- Develop 6 metrics based on the reference comparison of language learning for navigators.
- Studying more than 5 curricula to teach languages to navigators and benefit from them.
- Study the experiences of more than 3 internationally accredited institutes for teaching languages to navigators.
- Study the 5 most famous language tests for navigators and benefit from them in the test mode of the bag.
