About the project
At BEAM consulting, we have developed the strategic plan for the Abjad bag and scale for teaching Arabic language to non-native diplomats, which is a training bag to teach Arabic language to non-native diplomats to teach them the basics of the language they need in their daily work in embassies and attachés in the Arab world, as well as the project contains a standard and standardized test that proves diplomats' mastery of basic competencies in the Arabic language.
The main objectives of the project
- Setting the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the portfolio.
- Benchmarking with reference authorities in the same field and benefiting from their practices.
- Determine the comparative and competitive advantage of the bag and develop a strategic direction based on it.
- Analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the bag.
The project Outputs
- Set 6 strategic objectives for the portfolio.
- Identify 7 comparative and competitive advantages of the bag and make them pillars of strategy.
- Identify 5 strategic opportunities that the bag can take advantage of.
- Study more than 10 specialized researches in the field, and build a database of scientists and experts in the field.
