About the project

At BEAM consulting, we have developed the operational processes of the Marketing and Corporate Communication Department at the Social Development Bank, in an effort to increase the operational efficiency of the department, make it in line with strategic aspirations, and achieve the operational objectives of the innovation and strategy sector, by developing methods of internal communication processes in the department, in addition to methods of communication with various departments, as well as improving work procedures.

- Developing communication processes between the Marketing Department and Corporate Communication with different departments.

- Develop and improve internal communication in management through 5 main methods.
- Develop 6 ways to communicate with different departments and detail their procedures.
- Improving and developing 5 main procedures in the department and clarifying their details by drawing a map of procedures for them.
