About the project

At BEAM Consulting and Research, we conducted the market study of um Al-Qura University series for teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers.

The main objectives of the project

- Identify the target groups of the series of individuals and institutions locally and internationally.
- Estimating the size of the chain market internally and externally.
- Characterize the desires and needs of potential customers of the chain and accurately identify them.
- Know competitors in the same field and how to enter and compete with them.

The project Outputs

- The sample of the questionnaire to explore the target group included more than 400 participants.
- The survey was published locally and internationally in more than 5 languages.
- Participants in the study included more than 60 countries around the world.
- Identified 4 basic criteria on which the target group relies to choose one product over another to learn the Arabic language for non-native speakers.
