About the project
Knowing and measuring the satisfaction of visitors and attendees of the forum is one of the most important elements that the concerned authorities work to measure in an accurate manner.
The main objectives of the project
- Divide the questionnaire into clear sections.
- Collect accurate data.
- Provide clear instructions on how to answer each section.
The project Outputs
- Diversity of questions to cover all aspects of the forum: organizational, diversity of workshops, diversity of speakers.
- Presenting a questionnaire to more than 1000 people randomly at the forum.
- The questionnaire included 24 general and ad hoc questions.
- Provide visitors with the opportunity to express their opinions, which enhances their loyalty.
