About the project
At BEAM Consulting and Research, we conducted the market study for the Abjad bag and scale for teaching Arabic language to non-native diplomats.

The main objectives of the project
- Know the number of non-Arabic speaking diplomatic missions in the Kingdom.
- Know the most prominent products in the market in the same field.
- Knowing the most prominent institutes and entities working in the same field and the way they work.
- Characterization of potential customers, individuals and institutions.

The project Outputs
- Inventory of more than 100 non-Arabic-speaking diplomatic missions in the Kingdom.
- Develop 5 strategies to enter the market.
- Study more than 10 references in the same field, and their performance in the market.
