About the project
In cooperation with the Public Investment Fund, BEAM has conducted a comprehensive research process, this study aims to provide a comprehensive and integrated vision of the effects of development projects on the population in the project area in the north of Riyadh, and to provide practical recommendations to mitigate the negative effects, and enhance the potential benefits, thus contributing to achieving sustainable development and ensuring the well-being of the affected community.

- Development of the area north of Riyadh near King Salman Road.
- Making Riyadh have a developmental future in decision-making that exceeds expectations at the local, regional, and global levels.
- To make Riyadh a major hub for national and global activities, and to enhance the economic efficiency of the region.
- Making Riyadh a model capital in which all possibilities are realized to build a vibrant community with a healthy lifestyle.
- Building a database and evidence to assess the socio-economic status of the population, and access to basic services necessary for the development of the region.
- Provide the necessary information to decision-makers to guide policies and strategies for host communities.
