About the project
BEAM in cooperation with the Public Investment Fund and the National Program for Community Development in the regions worked on a comprehensive research process.
The main objectives of the project
- Promote tourism development in the region and make it a vibrant and attractive destination.
- Development of the Asir region, especially the development of the Abha Valley.
- Promote the economic development of the Kingdom while raising the quality of life for the residents of the region.
- Upgrading the tourism sector and the quality of services provided in accordance with the best international standards and achieving the goals of Vision 2030.
- Understand the perceptions of affected people about the project.
- Identify potential host communities or places to move to.
